Still white wine produced by Elena Walch in Trentino-Alto Adige. A blend of 60% Gewürztraminer Aromatico, 20% Chardonnay, and 20% Müller Thurgau. A wine that perfectly combines a bold aroma with delicate floral notes of rose and herbs. The color is an intense straw yellow. A light cuvée with a youthful freshness, it wins everyone over with its elegant structure and unexpected finish.

| Wine making | The three grape varieties are vinified separately and the cuvée is made in spring. The grapes are softly pressed, while only the Gewürztraminer grapes undergo a 6-hour maceration on the skins before processing. The must undergoes static clarification and is then fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20 °C. |
