A Concerto Grosso Gewürztraminer born from the passion of Elena Walch, a champion of quality and innovation who helped lead the Alto Adige quality revolution. Before fermentation, maceration on the skins lasts approximately six hours. The grapes are then softly pressed and the must undergoes static clarification. It is then fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C. The wine then ages for several months on its lees in stainless steel tanks. A light, inviting golden color. It strikes the nose with its delightful interplay of aromas: fruity notes of candied orange and citrus combine with hints of honey, cinnamon, and cloves. It convinces on the palate with its full yet delicate structure and its long, spicy finish. A true seducer.
