Classic method obtained with only high altitude Chardonnay grapes and aged on the lees for a minimum of 36 months. The long aging process gives harmony and elegance while preserving the finesse and freshness typical of the mountain.

Perlaje

Rich in its perlage, which is minute and persistent to form dense and compact chains.

Color

Brilliant straw yellow, enriched by seductive greenish reflections and elegant transparencies.

Aroma

Slight nuances of yeast and white bread induce a good olfactory intensity, continues in succession on mineral sensations of white chalk, followed by a fruit extremely fresh and crisp like a Granny Smith green apple, to close with notes of aromatic herbs that elegantly wrap its mineral chalk references.

Sabor

Vibrant and exuberant palate that recalls a glass of wide freshness and weighing savoriness. A satisfying and immediate drinkability leads us to a final taste. decidedly citrusy and consistent on a sapid and fruitful momentum decidedly crunchy.

Maridaje

Lobster tartare and raw in general, mullet carpaccio (mullet), scampi cocktail; Excellent as an aperitif on fried land and sea; Predilection for molluscs, shellfish, fish and risotto. Excellent as a continuation of the evening and throughout the meal on seafood menu and fresh cheese bases.
