Desde 1930, cuando el abuelo Daniele compró el grueso de la empresa, ha pasado el tiempo, sembrando las semillas de una nueva generación dispuesta a consolidar sus raíces. Se cruza el umbral del tiempo, se injertan nuevas energías y nuevas perspectivas en el legado del pasado, y comienza una nueva era Venica & Venica. No es sólo una metáfora, sino el emblema de un concepto que comienza y se desarrolla en torno a la identidad, en torno a los orígenes de viticultores con corazón, y se convierte en testimonio tangible a través de la antigua puerta de la "casa" [Puerta de Daniele], magistralmente restaurada, y a la que Ornella Venica está íntimamente ligada por el profundo significado que encierra en su interior. Símbolo, de un nuevo camino, frontera entre dos mundos, bisagra entre dos realidades que dialogan, abre el mañana y cierra o más bien entreabre el pasado a nuestras espaldas, dejando filtrar su mágica esencia.

| Story | This grape that originally comes from the village Termeno in Alto Adige found in the centuries great expression and fame in cooler climates like Alsace.In our vineyards the best and coolest site for this grape is underneath the Ronco delle Mele hill while other locations resulted too warm. |
| Harvest | The grapes were picked and de-stemmed on 27th August. |
| Wine making | The must was then le on the skins for 18 hours at a temperature of 10° 2°c in tanks specially designed to protect it from oxygen by using recycled carbon dioxide from the first fermentaon, thus reducing levels of anoxidants. |
