Bottega is a family with a history of over four centuries in vine cultivation. The product range has expanded over time and now includes sparkling wines such as Prosecco and other specially designed blends, still IGT and DOC wines from the Veneto and Friuli regions, great Veneto reds such as Amarone and Ripasso, the renowned Brunello di Montalcino and Chianti Classico from the two wineries in Tuscany. Grappas include both young and barrique-aged grappas, distillates such as Gin, made from 100% Italian botanicals, and fruity and creamy liqueurs.

Bottega products are made with unique ingredients, craftsmanship and reflect the company's constant dedication to quality and sustainability.

Bottega's commitment to sustainability is also paramount: they recycle siliconised paper, use at least 85% recycled glass dark bottles, choose water-based paints for metallised bottles, follow organic farming criteria in their vineyards, and incorporate recycled ocean plastics. Técnica de elaboración	Ingredients: Grape must (70% minimum), water, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservatives (E220 and E242).
Vinificación	After a careful selection of the bunches, collected in the suitable areas when the analyses show a good balance between sugars and acidity, the grapes are destemmed and softly pressed. A must is obtained this way, which is kept in refrigerated tanks to prevent alcoholic fermentation.
Crianza	After adding carbon dioxide, the product is then filtered and bottled.
