Description
Still Merlot, 14% ABV, produced by Inama in the Berici Hills, Veneto, 2021 vintage. A wine born from the passion of a family that has been making wine for over fifty years. Blend: 90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Manual harvest. Destemming. Maceration and fermentation for approximately 12 days in vertical vats. Aged in used barriques for 12 months. Racking, no fining, and bottling after light filtration. Elegant nose of undergrowth, mulberry, clove, pine, and plum. Dark red color. On the palate, berries with a finish of undergrowth, cocoa, and coffee. Soft and rounded, with a pleasant freshness.
