Born in 2009, when "let's play" to make sparkling wine, driven by curiosity, to see, hear, taste a grape of Sardinian tradition with bubbles. The game of bottle refermentation is so fun and rewarding that we decide to continue. Among the various positive and negative experiences, we gain the dexterity manual, while fatigue and difficulties are rewarded by a drink that, after a minimum hibernation of twenty-four months, is emotion and well-being for us.
