	Perlage Abundant and persistent mousse.
	Couleur Light straw yellow, with slight greenish reflections.
	Parfum Elegant and intense bouquet, fragrant and complex, of ripe white-fleshed fruit typical of Chardonnay. Delicate notes of hazelnut and lightly toasted bread, due to long ageing on its lees.
	Saveur The taste expresses its mountain character: assertive, savoury, mineral and fresh.

Affinage	Foaming in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico and subsequent ageing on the lees for over 30 months at a constant temperature in an underground cellar.
