Description
Still red wine from Etna DOC, 15% ABV, produced by Pietradolce. 100% Nerello Mascalese, 2017 vintage. A wine that embodies the elegance and power of the volcano, with a bouquet rich in aromas reminiscent of red fruit jam, spices, and mineral notes. Maceration on the skins for 18 days, then aging for 20 months in French oak barrels. On the palate, it is elegant and distinctive, with a distinctive minerality, freshness, and intense flavor supported by tannins. A wine that tells the story of a unique terroir and a family that cultivates it with passion.

We are one with our land: the Pietradolce vineyards stand out against the volcano, in perfect symbiosis with the broom, birches and lava stones. Read more
