Still red wine from Etna, Sicily, 13.5% ABV, produced by Pietradolce. Etna Rosso Barbagalli, 2018 vintage, 100% Nerello Mascalese. A wine born on the slopes of Etna, in a unique terroir where passion and tradition blend to create an unforgettable sensory experience. Maceration on the skins for 18 days. Aged for 20 months in fine-grained, lightly toasted French oak tonneaux. Rich bouquet ranging from red fruit jam to spice and mineral notes. Elegant and distinctive at the same time, with distinctive minerality, freshness, and flavor intensity supported by tannins.
