History This Pinot Gris is the fruit of our Alpine terroir with a clear varietal identity: its grapes are harvested when fully ripe and, after a night of cooling, they are pressed whole, to preserve their precious and very delicate aromatic content. The yield of the 2018 vintage is low because these are new vineyards, in their first year of production, which replaced the old vines that gave birth in 1994 to our Pinot Grigio Vigne Brulant.

Description

Still white wine from the Aosta Valley, 13.5% ABV, produced by Les Cretes. 100% Pinot Grigio. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine born from the passion of the Charrère family, who have cultivated the vine with love and respect for tradition for six generations. The hand-harvested grapes are pressed whole to preserve their precious aromatics. On the nose, floral (lime blossom, hawthorn, and mountain herbs) and fruity (notes of apple and pear). Bright straw yellow color. On the palate, savory, soft, fresh, and balanced, with a long, minerally finish.
