Description
Classic method pas dosé Champagne, produced by Gounel Lassalle. 0.75L bottle. A 1er Cru that expresses the minerality of the Champagne terroir through a complex and captivating bouquet. The flint expresses itself immediately, without nuance, in a beautiful, biscuity minerality, with notes of grilled mango, red apple, honeysuckle, pear, lemon, blackcurrant, and Bavarian cream. Almonds present themselves here in all their forms, from small financiers to flaked almonds, followed by toasted, woody, brioche notes without being overbearing.

After more than 20 years of delivering the fruits of our labour to the cooperative, we are turning the corner to pursue our path, free and independent. Read more
