Description
Champagne Rosé Brut Nature, classic method, no-dosage, 12.5% ABV, produced by Gounel Lassalle. Blend: 76% Pinot Meunier, 19% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. A Rosé born in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, in the Premier Cru village of Chigny-les-Roses. This champagne is true to its Rosé nature, with aromas of strawberry, mandarin, kumquat, clove, cherry, and hints of spice (pepper and paprika). The color is orange-pink, with salmon-pink highlights. The taste is that of a fresh, rich, and crisp Rosé! Raspberry, strawberry, and pepper are present alongside orange and kumquat. The palate is fruity, with a lovely chewiness and a long finish.

After more than 20 years of delivering the fruits of our labour to the cooperative, we are turning the corner to pursue our path, free and independent. Read more
