Soil composition Calcareous, marly with percentages of sand and iron.
Harvest Mid-October. The grapes are harvested by hand in boxes at an advanced stage of ripeness, but not overripe.
Wine making In the cellar, the grapes are destemmed and crushed in vertical steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place with maceration on the skins for about 50 / 60 days, during which several daily pumpings over are carried out, to favour the extraction of colour and tannin.
