Description
Marsannay AOC still red, 13% ABV, produced by Domaine Bart in Burgundy, France. 100% Pinot Noir, 2021 vintage. Domaine Bart is located in Marsannay, on the furthest edge of the Côte de Nuits. The 19 hectares of property include vineyards from the Marsannay and Fixin appellations, as well as two Grand Cru parcels: Bonnes-Mares and Clos-de-Bèze. On the nose, it displays a mentholated and spicy note, emanating aromas of berries, fresh wild berries, and floral notes. Ruby red in color, tending towards garnet. On the palate, it is complex yet refined, with fine-grained tannins and a beautiful balance between density and acidity; it evolves over time. The finish is long and persistent.
