Description
2009 Brut Rosé Champagne, a classic method from the Champagne region of France, produced by Ruinart. 12.5% ABV. An icon of elegance, this rosé champagne offers a lively and persistent perlage. On the nose, it is fresh and delicate, with aromas of exotic fruits such as guava and lychee, and small red fruits such as raspberry, cherry, and wild strawberry. Notes of rose and pomegranate complete its complex and intense aromatic profile. The color is a delicate garnet pink with light orange highlights. On the palate, the attack is distinct and full, lulled by a sweet effervescence. The aromas of freshly picked berries are fully expressed, with a refreshing finish.
