Description
Classic method Brut Rosé Champagne, produced by Ruinart, the oldest Champagne House, founded in 1729. 2007 vintage. An iconic Champagne, a rosé that enchants with its elegance and complexity. 55% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay. On the nose, it is fresh and delicate, with aromas of exotic fruits (guava, lychee) and small red fruits (raspberry, cherry, wild strawberry). Notes of rose and pomegranate complete its complex and intense aromatic profile. The effervescence is lively and light, with a persistent perlage. On the palate, the attack is distinct and full, lulled by a sweet effervescence. The aromas of freshly picked berries are fully expressed. The balance combines delicious freshness and a voluptuous body, expressed by an elegant, invigorating touch of mint and pink grapefruit.
