Description
Single-variety grappa made from Albana grapes selected by Crude. Distilled after fermentation of fresh, white pomace in a discontinuous still. Notes of dried fruit (hazelnut), vanilla, chocolate, wood, a spicy aftertaste of nutmeg, pepper, liquorice, and a very persistent aroma. Ideal to be enjoyed by itself.

- Start up year: 1919
Terre Cevico's story is linked to the century tradition of cooperatives in Emilia-Romagna. In fact, in 1913, in Nonatola, near Modena, the first cooperative winery in Emilia-Romagna was founded to unite small wine growers and guarantee them dignity and respect. Today, the cooperative movement in Romagna, of which Terre Cevico has been part since 1963, represents a virtuous system that creates income for all members with fairness and responsibility.
Increasing the collective value of terroirs and production and providing the market with quality wines at the right price. Quality is the main feature in all company wines, whether DOCG, DOC, IGT or table wines, raw materials, processing, soil selection, and technical resources. For this reason, the company knows that quality is the only feature to successfully compete in the Italian and European wine markets and satisfy its customers.
