Description
Barolo DOCG Fossati 2017, produced by Cascina Adelaide, in the municipality of La Morra. 100% Nebbiolo. 0.75L bottle. A Barolo from a historic vineyard, aged for 24 months in 16Hl oak barrels and subsequently refined in bottle for at least 6 months. The nose and palate are seduced by a basket of wonderfully ripe red fruit. This sensation guides our senses throughout the tasting with powerful notes of raspberry, cherry, and strawberry. Its intense color betrays its power even at first sight. Despite the long aging, the tannins still hide some of their herculean texture.
