Description
Still red Barolo DOCG, 14.5% ABV, produced by Cascina Adelaide. 100% Nebbiolo. 0.75 L bottle, 2017 vintage. A Barolo born from a passion for the Langhe hills, with a history dating back to 2000. Aged for 24 months in 16 Hl French oak barrels and then aged in bottle for at least 6 months. Black cherry, blackcurrant, green tea, tar, and subtle floral aromas unfold on the nose. The volume of fruit is surprising and blends with a dense matrix of tannins, typical of the Serralunga area.
