A Classic Method Rosé born from the Calatroni family's passion for organically grown Pinot Noir. Pale pink perlage, onion skin notes. Intense, ranging from floral to red berry, with notes of bread crust and yeast. Bold, with a lovely acidity that offers freshness and promises fascinating prospects for longevity.
