Col del Forno" ist ein besonders körperreicher Valdobbiadene DOCG: ein Schaumwein, der von einer guten Temperaturspanne und einem ausgezeichneten Mikroklima profitiert. Er wird ausschließlich aus Trauben hergestellt, die in den 4 Hektar sanften Hängen auf 240 m Höhe in einem geologisch jüngeren Gebiet am östlichen Ende des Appellationsgebiets, dem Rive di Refrontolo, wachsen.

	Bouquet Starke Aromen von Limette, grünem Apfel, geschnittenem Gras und Salbei.
