This Premier Cru vineyard in Chassagne-Montrachet is situated in the South-West corner of the village. It is gently sloping, faces East and produces gorgeous white wines made from Chardonnay grapes. They are made under the Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru appellation.

Couleur

At sight it has a beautiful straw yellow, with golden hues.

Parfum

The nose is expressed with intense and persistent hints of exotic fruit, apricot, with mineral notes and a splash of lemon in the background.

Saveur

On the palate it enters crunchy and full of flavor, with beautiful sensations of freshness and flavor that accompany the finish, persistent and slightly citrus.

Accompagnements

To accompany a dinner in the garden based on grilled fish and poultry, main courses of fish in sauce, crustaceans and cheese with a flowery crust.
