A brut Charmat method sparkling wine produced by Zucchetto Paolo Azienda Agricola, from the Valdobbiadene area of Veneto. Vintage 2018, 0.75L bottle. A Prosecco Superiore born from the passion of the Zucchetto family, who have been involved in the wine world since 1918. 100% Glera. Inviting aromas of citrus, especially mandarin and grapefruit, fresh greenery, and a hint of rustic mint. The palate is broad, creamy, full of fresh fruit, with a crisp acidity that offers a fresh and lingering finish of lime, minerality, and almond.
