Description
Malvasia Myo Friuli Colli Orientali 2022, an aromatic still white wine produced by Myo (Zorzettig) in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. 0.75 L bottle, 13.5% ABV, 100% Malvasia Bianca. A wine made from vineyards conceived as biodiversity reserves. 12-hour cold maceration; fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged on the lees for 6 months with weekly battonage. 90% in stainless steel and up to 10% in barrique, with a selection of historic vintages. Bottling and aging in bottle for 6 months. Mineral, floral, and direct; fleurs de sel, apricot, thyme, and delicate notes of medicinal herbs. Straw yellow in the glass, savory, enveloping, and long on the palate.
