Description
A semi-aromatic still white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, produced by Peter Zemmer. 100% Müller Thurgau, a grape variety that best expresses the characteristics of the terroir. Founded in 1928, the winery boasts a long family tradition and produces approximately 400,000 bottles. The grapes are cold-macerated for 6-8 hours before pressing to enhance the wine's fruity aromas. After gentle pressing, the sediment is left to settle naturally. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with pure yeasts at a controlled temperature of 19°C. A varied and intense bouquet with spicy notes and floral aromas with hints of Muscat. Greenish-yellow to pale yellow in color. Elegant, well-structured in body, with a pleasant acidity and mineral notes on the finish.
