Description
Still red wine from Galicia, Spain, 12% ABV, produced by Bodega Zarate. 100% Espadeiro blend. 0.75 L bottle, 2020 vintage. A wine born from the passion of Eulogio Pomares, who has continued the family tradition since 2000, cultivating old vines, some centuries old and ungrafted. The grapes are destemmed, then fermented in stainless steel vats. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. The wine is bottled unfiltered. A red that perfectly expresses the character of the Espadeiro grape, a rarity in the area. On the palate, the wine is deep, full-bodied, and aromatic.
