Description
Organic Etna Bianco Rampante, 13% ABV, produced by Wiegner in Sicily, 2022 vintage. A wine born from a passion for growing grapes on Etna's volcanic soil. Fermentation occurs off-the-skin at a controlled temperature. Aged in stainless steel tanks and aged for at least 6 months in bottle, followed by at least 12 months in bottle. Typical herbaceous notes of the grape variety enriched with floral notes, pleasant finish. Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Lively acidity, a lean, distinctly saline palate, fresh, and very drinkable. It is characterized by dynamism and excellent finish.
