Description
Still red wine from Campania, 12.5% ABV, 100% Piedirosso, produced by Vinosia. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A Piedirosso that tells the story of a family that has passionately cultivated native Irpinia grapes since 2004. Maceration lasts approximately 10 days, fermentation is partially carried out with native yeast starters, and malolactic fermentation is completed. Cherry, strawberry, and faint hints of violet. Ruby red in color. Soft, rounded tannins give the wine freshness, respecting the terroir, which imparts a distinctive minerality.
