Description
Still white Fiano di Avellino DOCG, 13% ABV, produced by Villa Raiano. 2024 vintage. A Fiano that embodies the elegance and minerality of the Irpinia region. The grapes come from vineyards located in the municipalities of Candida, Lapio, San Michele di Serino, and Montefredane. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16°C. Bottle aging begins in the second week of February following the harvest. Austere and gentle, with aromas of mint, sage, and white peach, followed by notes of white chocolate and citrus. A pronounced mineral component makes this wine complex and intense. The palate is refined, full, and satisfying, with a lovely acidity that enhances its freshness. The finish is very savory with the return of floral and menthol notes.

The current cellar, built in 2009 on top of a hill in San Michele di Serino (AV), is the core of our company. A modern structure, perfectly integrated into the immediate environment, surrounded by vineyards and chestnut woods. From the panoramic terrace, with a view, you can follow the entire Sabato River valley, from its source, at the foot of Monte Terminio, to the point where it leaves the province of Avellino in Altavilla Irpina.
