Description
Still biodynamic red Sangiovese Papesse, 13% ABV, produced by Villa Papiano in Emilia-Romagna, 2023 vintage. Blend: 95% Sangiovese, 5% Uva Rara. A Sangiovese that expresses the authenticity of the Modigliana terroir, with careful and nature-conscious vinification. Maceration on the skins for 18-24 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel and 12 months in bottle. Aromas of red and black berries are evident, enriched with light, fresh floral nuances. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and elegant, with finely integrated tannins and a fruity flavor.
