Description
What kind of wine is it
Nuts Climat Chardonnay by Vie di Romans is a harmonious still white wine. In the glass, it displays a straw yellow colour, introducing a floral bouquet with hints of custard cream resulting from maturation. On the palate, the Chardonnay reveals a fresh and elegant sip, with remarkable persistence. Its balanced profile makes it excellent for accompanying starters, shellfish and sushi.
Where does it come from
It originates in the Friuli Isonzo area, a region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia that imparts a distinct character to the grapes. The Vie di Romans winery enhances its pedoclimatic qualities with great precision. The winemaking commitment of the Gallo family boasts over a century of dedication. In this context, the Chardonnay fully expresses its aromatic potential, resulting in a white wine of pure territorial charm highly praised by critics.
How is it produced
The production process uses Chardonnay grapes vinified to preserve the delicacy of the variety. The maturation phase imparts olfactory softness and supports the fullness of flavour. To enhance the tasting experience, a one-hour decanting before serving is recommended. This allows the wine to open up fully, making it ideal for seafood dishes, cheeses and vegetarian options.
