A Charmat method brut sparkling wine from Emilia-Romagna, 12.5% ABV, produced by Venturini Baldini. 100% Spergola. A wine that celebrates Spergola, a native Emilian grape, through a Charmat method that enhances its freshness and vivacity. A complex bouquet, ranging from floral notes of jasmine to fruit notes of pear, pineapple, and pomegranate, all the way to balsamic notes. Straw yellow in color. Savory with well-balanced acidity, ideal as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes.
