Description
A still red from the Marche region, an IGT (Regional Geographical Indication), 14% ABV, produced by Valter Mattoni. 2019 vintage, 0.75L bottle. A wine born from a passion for Montepulciano, vinified as a single varietal and aged for 24 months in barrique. It captivates with intense notes of dried violets, roses, and blueberries, followed by cocoa, tobacco, licorice, and mineral notes. A compact and deep ruby color in the glass. The palate is well-structured and warm, with dense, integrated tannins. The finish is long and pleasantly savory with spicy aftertaste.
