Description

From the highest vineyards of Vallagarina valley we select the best Chardonnay grapes for the basic wine. We make a second fermentation in bottle at controlled temperature to fulfill the parameters for the traditional Champagne method. After 24 months in bottle, we give a small quantity of “liquer d’expedition”.

Arminio Valentini startet in 1899 as first producer of the traditional champagne method in Trentino, specifically in Vallagarina valley. Still today the love for our region and our steady search for quality keep on being essential principles of our production. With grapes of our best vineyards we produce three Trento DOC Sparkling wines: Valentini di Weinfeld Brut made of 100% Chardonnay, Valentini di Weinfeld Brut Rosé made of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and Valentini di Weinfeld Riserva Arminio made of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
