Cuvée di Boj Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG is the finest example of the territory. It originates from the Valle dei Buoi, suitable growing area in the hamlet of Pietro di Barbozza in Valdobbiadene with its terrain's outstanding microclimatic features. The sparkling wine, in fact, takes its name from this valley, safeguarding all of Valdo's sparkling wine skills.
