Organic Prosecco DOC, Charmat method, brut, 11% ABV, produced by Valdo in the Veneto region. 0.75 L bottle. A Prosecco that celebrates local tradition, with a delicately fruity and floral bouquet. Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Harmonious on the palate, dry, savory, and with a slightly mineral aftertaste. Perfect as an aperitif, with fish dishes, risotto, sushi, and sashimi.
