Description
Sangiovese Superiore from the heart of Emilia-Romagna, 12.5% ABV, produced by Umberto Cesari. A red that embodies the passion and tradition of a family that has been dedicated to the development of Sangiovese since 1964. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. The aroma is pleasantly fruity and floral, with hints of rose, violet, and plum that pave the way for a dry, harmonious, very assertive, and elegant palate, thanks in part to its youthful tannins. A wine that perfectly expresses the character of the terroir, perfect for pairing with Emilian cuisine.
