Description
Naturally aromatic sweet white wine made from Moscato di Trani DOC, 14% ABV, produced by Torrevento. 100% Moscato Bianco/Moscato Reale. 0.50 l bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine that celebrates the sweetness of Moscato di Trani, with an intense bouquet and an enveloping flavor. Harvested in the third ten days of September, after a light drying on the vine. Soft pressing with temperature-controlled fermentation, interrupted at the right time to preserve the residual sugar. Aged in stainless steel for 8 months and then in bottle. Intense bouquet with characteristic aromas of the grape. Straw yellow with golden reflections that intensify with aging. Sweet, well-balanced, with hints of exotic fruit.

Vineyards are only grown with autochthonous vines, following the dictates of sustainable agriculture. At the winery, the production method follows a non-excessively long maceration time and a non-excessive use of wood. Francesco Liantonio has been at the helm; there have been many interventions: the expansion of the vineyard area, investments in technology and innovation and the start of the process for quality certification. It has 500 hectares of vineyards and 2,600,000 bottles, yet it can amaze and innovate, producing wines combining large numbers and quality. Read more
