Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, 15% ABV, produced by Tommasi, Veneto, 2020 vintage. Blend: 70% Corvina, 25% Rondinella, 5% Molinara. A full-bodied, rich, rounded, and smooth wine with hints of cherry and plum, telling the story of a family and a region. The grapes are dried for approximately 5 months in the drying room. Aged for 3 years in 35-hl Slavonian oak barrels. Elegant, intense, and persistent, with hints of ripe cherry. Ideal with red meats, game, and aged cheeses.
