Tiefenbrunner Merus Pinot Grigio is one of the most distinctive and recognisable expressions of white wines from Alto Adige. Produced exclusively from Pinot Grigio grapes grown in the plain and hillside vineyards of Magrè, Cortaccia, and Kurtinig, Merus Pinot Grigio embodies the history and winemaking tradition of Schlosskellerei Turmhof.

Tiefenbrunner Merus Pinot Grigio is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by a refinement process on the fine lees in concrete vats for 4 months before bottling. This meticulous method enhances its structure, yielding a pale straw-yellow wine with golden highlights.

The result is a bright, intensely aromatic white wine with rich notes of ripe pear and candied fruit, a full and harmonious body, refreshing mountain acidity, and a pleasantly round, dry finish.
