Description
Still white wine from Alto Adige DOC, produced by Tiefenbrunner, 100% Pinot Bianco, 2023 vintage. 0.75 l bottle. A wine born from the passion of a fifth-generation family that has been growing grapes since 1848. The vineyards are located in Cortaccia and Magrè. Fermentation at a controlled temperature (20°C) for 10 days in concrete barrels. Aged for four months on the lees until bottling. The nose is enveloped in floral aromas, delicately fruity with hints of apple and tropical fruit. Bright, pale straw yellow. A pleasant, refreshing acidity complements the mineral notes, creating a lovely, harmonious finish.
