Description
Still organic red wine from Etna, 14% ABV, produced by Tenuta delle Terre Nere. Blend: 95% Nerello Mascalese and 5% Nerello Cappuccio. 0.75L bottle, 2023 vintage. An Etna Rosso that embodies the essence of the volcano, with grapes grown between 600 and 900 meters above sea level on the northern slope. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (25-28°C) and maturation in large French oak barrels (10-30 hl). Ripe fruit and sweet spices on the nose, a prelude to a balanced palate, with good intensity and freshness, and great finesse. Ruby red color.
