Still white wine from Alto Adige DOC, produced by Cantina Terlano, a historic winery founded in 1893. 60% Pinot Bianco, 30% Chardonnay, 10% Sauvignon, 0.75 l bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine that expresses the complexity and elegance of the Alto Adige terroir. The aromatic structure of this Terlaner blend is richly nuanced. A hint of herbs and spices, such as anise, mint, and sage, but also fruity aromatic nuances, especially apricot, mandarin, melon, and passion fruit. All enhanced by mineral and savory notes. A fresh, pale yellow with light greenish hues. The Nova Domus has a complex and structured effect on the palate, with a creamy, smooth flavor that contrasts with the aromatic and mineral notes, creating a captivating symbiosis that lingers long in the aftertaste.

For more than a decade, the Cantina Terlano has represented excellence in wine production in South Tyrol. Founded in 1893 in the town of Terlan, the Cantina Terlano is one of the most pioneering enterprises not only in South Tyrol but in all of Italy, to the point that it is regarded as a symbol of cooperation in the winegrowing sector. Consisting of no less than 143 members, a total of 165 hectares of vineyards are cultivated, with an annual production of more than a million bottles. Wine making	Gentle pressing of whole clusters followed by clarification of the must by natural sedimentation. Slow fermentation at a controlled temperature in big oak barrels of 30 hl.
Aging	Partial malolactic fermentation only for Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay grapes with ageing on the lees for 12 months in big wooden barrels. The blending occurs three months before bottling.
