Alto Adige DOC still white wine, 13.5% ABV, 100% Pinot Bianco, produced by Cantina Terlano. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. Cantina Terlano, founded in 1893, is an institution in Alto Adige, a symbol of quality and tradition. Manual harvest and selection of grapes. Gentle pressing and natural sedimentation. Slow fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 6-7 months on the lees in steel vats. On the nose, this classic Pinot Bianco exudes notes of pear and fresh apple, intertwined with aromas of gooseberry and lime, rounded out by hints of chamomile and lemongrass. Pale straw yellow with a light greenish hue. The classic Pinot Blanc is strong and compelling, captivating the palate with aromas of pear and quince, with a fruity, yet mineral and salty flavour.
