Description
Still white wine from Alto Adige DOC, 14% vol, produced by Cantina Terlano. 100% Chardonnay, 2024 vintage. A wine that embodies the elegance and minerality of the Terlano terroir. Slow fermentation at a controlled temperature in large oak barrels (30 hl). Aged for 10 months on the lees, partly in stainless steel vats (50%) and partly in large wooden barrels (50%). The aroma is distinguished by exotic fruit notes, such as passion fruit, star fruit, and citrus, alongside a hint of flint. A sparkling and captivating straw yellow color. On the palate, it demonstrates its importance, with a flexible and compact structure, spicy, mineral, and juicy notes that give the wine a strong terroir character.
