Description
Sparkling white wine from the Terre Siciliane IGT (Regional Geographical Indication), 12% ABV, produced by Orestiadi. Blend: Catarratto Bianco Comune, Grillo. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born in the heart of the Belice Valley, in Gibellina, where Mediterranean scents and colors intertwine with myth and art. Secondary fermentation in an autoclave for approximately 2 months and a further 2 months of aging on the lees. An intriguing bouquet of tropical and floral fruits will lead you to discover its typical Mediterranean fragrance. Golden nuances. Pizzicanti in Sicilian dialect means lively, pungent, sparkling, just like this white wine, perfect as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes.
