Still rosé Terre Siciliane IGT, 12.5% ABV, produced by Orestiadi in Sicily, 2025 vintage. 100% Nerello Mascalese. Aged for 3 months in stainless steel and at least 2 months in bottle. Fresh and fragrant aromas of red fruit on the nose. Bright and lively onion skin pink color. Elegant on the palate with good acidity. Ideal with busiate alla trapanese, aged cheeses, and grilled mushrooms.

| Soil composition | Terra Nera. On the gentle hills of the Trapani hinterland we find this type of soil, rich in clayey-silt substances, compact and resistant to drought. Thanks to its characteristics, it is an ideal habitat for the cultivation of numerous varieties of both red and white grapes and becomes the perfect soil for the cultivation of Syrah and Nero d'Avola, used not only on its own but also in blends for Orestiadi Ludovico, a wine dedicated to Ludovico Corrao and the winery's flagship wine. |
