A classic method sparkling rosé brut, produced by Orestiadi in Sicily, in the Etna area. Blend of Nerello Cappuccio and Nerello Mascalese. 0.75 l bottle. An Etna Rosé born from a passion for the region and a desire to showcase native grape varieties. Aged at least 30 months on the lees. Lively foam and a fine, persistent perlage. Pink with a cherry hue. Intense, fragrant, and fruity, with a fresh, pleasant flavor and good aromatic persistence. A wine that tells the story of a unique region and a family whose passions are art and wine.
