Still white wine from Abruzzo, produced by Tenuta Ulisse. Blend: Bombino Bianco/Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, Cococciola, Passerina, Pecorino. 0.75 l bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the passion and innovation of Tenuta Ulisse, combining the tradition of Abruzzo's grape varieties with cutting-edge winemaking techniques. Harvested with sorting, the whole grapes are placed in the exclusive "Ulisse" cooling tunnel, where the temperature is rapidly reduced, resulting in cryomaceration of the skins and extraction of aromatic compounds. The aromas are very intense with pleasant notes of white fruit. On the palate, it is immediately appreciated for its good acidity and minerality. In particular, citrus notes reminiscent of pear are noted, as well as a hint of exotic fruit. The finish is very persistent and pleasant.
